Whenever possible, we will work to get you a same-day appointment.  We take great pride in helping to get you happy and healthy!  In order to do that, we need to make sure that we get as much thorough and accurate information about you as possible.

On your first visit, you should expect to be in our clinic for about an hour.  During that time, we will ask you to complete our new patient paperwork and any forms that may be required for your insurance company.  You can save time by downloading our new patient forms and filling them our prior to your appointment.  Once the forms have been completed, you will go through a Chiropractic Exam with Dr. Heather.  Please let us know if you fill out your paperwork prior to arriving for your appointment so we can adjust your scheduled time as necessary.

We work hard to make sure that dealing with the insurance companies is as easy as possible.  We will be more than happy to contact your insurance company to help determine your benefits.  Please remember that quoted insurance benefits are a guideline not a guarantee of coverage.  We believe that your healthcare shouldn’t break the bank, but please know that every insurance policy is different.  There are deductibles, co-pays and co-insurances to be aware of and those are the financial responsibility of the patient.


More and more people are opting out of health insurance or have chosen more cost-effective policies with extremely high deductibles in the event of a catastrophe.  We can help you!  We want you to feel better, not to empty your wallet.  So we offer a reasonable “Time-of-Service Discount” payment program.

We are always looking for new patients to help and often have new patient specials.  Look for them in our local Carver County News or check us out on Facebook or Google+.


Typically, we mail patient statements at the beginning of every month.  We will not mail statements for claims that have not been processed by the patient’s health insurance company.  Sometimes, you may see a corrected and/or handwritten amount due on your statement.  That’s because there are procedures on your statement that have not been processed by the insurance company and should not be reflected on your balance due.  We are not perfect and yes, from time-to-time we do make clerical errors.  So, if you have questions or concerns about your statement, please call our office.  We will be happy to look into it.

We will gladly accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  Credit card payments may be made in person or over the phone.
